I live just south of the Magnolia Fountain Court Apartments at 3825 34th Ave. W. the south side of teh complex is very overgrown with weeds and vegetation - I saw a rat climbing up the side of teh building a few weeks ago. They have a tenant in apartment 17 who smokes a pack a day inside her apartment. I have looked (and looked) for the property management company online. The building was purchased in August and there is no contact information about the manager there anywhere. I reached out to
