Tenant states there is a damp smell in the unit, persistent mold in the bathroom and areas where the paint has chipped off, leaving it more susceptible to mold. There is a huge crack in the support beam, holding up their deck and the stairs from the deck are rickety. Manager has been called about the smell, since May, but she does not hear back.
