Per Online; The construction of the Eclipse residential apartment building located behind my building (I'm at 3825 Whitman Ave) has been going for more than a year and lately the construction workers have become increasingly more careless, belligerent, and disrespectful than ever. These past two weeks they have tested fire alarms as early as 7:23 AM and left the alarms running loudly in test mode for over 20 minutes. They have also started hammering loudly and slicing

Her daughter has gotten into a physical altercation with younger daughter. She would like her out of the house.
