Mold!! ---This house is run as an Airbnb of 4 rooms, and the basement is livable and separated for the owner's personal use. ---Mold has quickly grown in the wood floor of the living room bathroom after recently adding a shower unit. The owner knew about the mold. The color is clearly black. The solution was to paint over it with a pungent smelling clear coat paint while still keeping it operating as an Airbnb at full capacity.
