I lived in unit 303 until Sep 17, 2021. There was no heat vent in the unit. The property manager said the vent was behind a hood but there was no opening behind the hood to allow air to flow through. It was just a sealed wall. I didn't have heat during my stay there. The property management said they were going to refund $70 of my deposit but after I told them I was going to report the heat vent problem to the city of Seattle, they did not send the money to me. Our elevator has been out of service for 11 days with no communication from the management company. It was working just fine and is a new building and then I saw an OTIS person near our building just before Christmas and it has been turned off ever since. I have reported it and followed up with no resolve. This is the 4th time in 6 months it has been off but by far the longest. The management does not respond to repairs or criminal mischief requests either.
