Our elevator has been out of service for 11 days with no communication from the management company. It was working just fine and is a new building and then I saw an OTIS person near our building just before Christmas and it has been turned off ever since. I have reported it and followed up with no resolve. This is the 4th time in 6 months it has been off but by far the longest. The management does not respond to repairs or criminal mischief requests either.
