Infront of apartments there is an empty parcel where people is living in cars (red, blue, light brown SUV cars)and installing 3 tents on back (rear) of the big house (3907 27th Ave s). They making noises and playing loud music from cars all of the time. There is junk bicycles, tires, garbage and plenty of gasoline gallons they use for the noisy compressor-generator.

Arizona 43A23V and blue Honda  WAckf7280. There is plenty noisy all day. Lots of garbage..use of dangerous gasoline.weapons too... that people sell drugs in that spot.
