CSB: Noise complaint. Customer followed up with additional information: I was reporting the presence of a private landscaping firm truck operationing 8 - 5 for the first of 2 days with a loud vibrating noise and emitting visible pollutants. The lack of more detail is that your See It Fix It does not accommodate noise complaints. I doubt that they had a noise permit. The truck was at the intersection of Boyd Pl SW and Chilberg Pl SW.
