Complainant believes electrical is all new - when complainant looked at this property before it was sold on 2/11/14 to the Salmons they saw knob & tube. Property owner, Adam Salmon (335-2220), will allow Electrical Inspector Supervisor Rich Meell to go through the house. Call first to make an appointment.

Complete remodel without permits including finishing approximately 550 sq.ft. of the basement including adding a bedroom. New electrical. Load bearing walls moved.Complainant looked at this property to buy and went through the house today. When he asked about permits the RE agent said the new owner didn't have time to get permits.RE flyer states "Fabulous Craftsman home remodeled from the studs out..."
