Per online complaint: "Construction noise. This has been going on for weeks and is getting worse. Evening and weekends. Loud construction noise. It is now 7:30pm. This is high density residential area. I went over and asked them to stop and they said they would work until they got it done."

Per 6/7/14 online complaint: "builder is planning to circumvent design review by subdividing and existing lot into 2 parcels and building 8 units on each, in bypassing design review it appears his hope is to breach the height restrictions in this zone. The lot is within 50' of a single family Zone should cap at 30'. Violation" since 2014***Is height per Permit 6305885?***
