PER ONLINE: Our next house neighbor is building new house. However, there are some miserable side-effects we are experiencing.Saw dust is throughout our house and on our lawn furniture. Even with the windows closed it comes in the air conditioner.There is constant loud noises from early morning (7 am even on weekends) through most of the day. It makes difficult to sleep.
