Bath added w/o permits? Per online complaint: "Home owner installed a shower in downstairs basement that seams to drain on neighbors property. Tenants signed a lease which allows them to rent the entire house but only 980. sq. ft which is the top story is livable because it has heat but the downstairs has no heat source whatsoever. The landlord said they always use to use space heaters in that portion of the house when they lived there. Included in the lease was a full size washer and dryer that wasn't the same one advertised in the rental listing.
