SR number: 26-00194293Overgrown vacant property on the corner of W. Thurman and 36th Ave W. This house sold a number of months ago, has been vacant since and the yard has not been maintained since. The grass is quite long and could be a fire hazard. Plants are overgrown and impeding the sidewalk out front. There is an apple tree in the back yard that will attract vermin as well.
