Parking lot in rear of building does not currently have parking barriers between cars and building. In mid-to-late October a vehicle crashed into the building smashing residential unit windows. This is a safety issue for the resident residing in that unit. Are parking barriers required in this location?

ZONING--per online--No parking barriers located between park area and building - this particular parking area is located n alley at north end of the building. Recently a contractor vehicle while parking backed into the side of the building smashing windows. Why are there no barriers in place? Unsafe.
