Per Online; Trash is again overflowing out of garbage and recycling containers. Neither trash nor recycling was picked up yesterday and there are crows, rats, and other nuisance pests picking up the trash and spreading it around the alley including in front of my townhome doorway.

Per Online; Overflowing trash from recycling dumpster. This has been a long-standing problem. Waste Management is there every week but is not picking up recycling container because it is filled with trash. Problem has been going on for at least a month THIS TIME. There are crows, rats, insects and trash strewn about the alley, upon which the entrance to my townhome is located. I have called property manager contact but they have not responded. PER CSB: Courtney Jensen at 3901 15th Ave S reporting construction in front of their apartment building that has placed no parking signs in her private parking space for her apartment that she pays for in her lease, they have it dated up to July. It is absolutely absurd, please have responsible party remove these signs.
