Sewage leaks for about a month. Going into the street, smells bad when coming out of building or walking by. Landlord is asking tenants to clean up. Plumbing is being affected by it, Mgmt not doing much to take care of it. Tenant has no sink in bathroom, is that legal? All tenants keys are not safeguarded, anyone has access to them. Another tenant had complainant's key access to get in her unit, not ok. Junk storage in backyard, owner is a hoarder. Would also like to know rights
