CONSTRUCTION--per online--Orcas Homes is building a single family home and a multi-unit building on our block. The addresses are 3906 and 3912 S. Hudson Street. I have two issues to report (1) They have regularly blocked the alley over the past month by putting up "alley closed" signs that don't have city permits on them so we don't know the days or times for closure before they happen.
