Complaint: Land Use
Opened January 9, 2025
Household garbage being left on porch where animals are tearing into it and spreading it around. Trash is spilling over into neighboring property and the public sidewalk. The downstairs tenants have started storing trash in an open wire bin in the front yard, which is similarly unsightly, unsanitary, and inviting to vermin.
