I am reporting my former landlord, Tarah Foresta, for improper rent collection and harassment related to the property at 3920 14th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98108.I vacated the home on January 25, 2025, and had a written agreement with the remaining tenant (my former roommate) stating that I would have no further financial obligation for rent, utilities, or any access to the unit.
