Noise complaint: My upstairs neighbor in unit 434 has been stomping around very loudly almost every day for the past couple of months that I've been living here. It is extremely disruptive and disturbs my peace throughout the day and evening.

POTA Questions. What time frame can a lease break fee be paid? within 7 days or 10 days?Do we serve a 14 Day notice If they do not pay within that period? For pet deposit and pet rent- is it charged per pet or at one time for all pets? Example: if our pet deposit is $250.00 and they have two pets would it be $500.00? or just $250.00?For a service/ support animal do we just do the reasonable accommodation's form and not ask for vaccines or a photo from the vet? 14-day notice
