"Per online complaint" This is a duplex at 3921 & 3923 Wallingford Ave N. The sidewalk is almost 1/3 covered with bushes from the owners yard and this blocks the sidewalk. This keeps growing year after year and should be cleared off the sidewalk. I own the property next door.
