There is a trio of floodlights in the alley between Whitman Ave N and Woodland Park Ave N that are extremely bright, and one of those lights shine into the bedrooms of units 4 and 5 of Woodland Park Ave North. The floodlights seem to belong to the property of 3924 Whitman Ave N.I have come across the owner of the building/lights and politely asked for them to be adjusted down.
