Complaint: Noise

Per Online; My neighbor began chainsawing at 8:15am on Sunday morning (May 10th) and continued to do so until 9am and beyond. My understanding of the code is that on weekends noise of this type is illegal before 9am. I'm hoping you can contact this person and explain the noise ordinance to them -- I realize you can't legislate being a good human being and a quality neighbor -- but at least having them follow the minimum of the law would be welcome.
