This apartment complex has several small garbage cans that are constantly overflowing and sitting in the road (blockin street parking and attracting rats). Several constructions trucks at the end of the street have ran into them knocking them over as well.

Our dryer has been broken for over a month (8/9/23). An appliance service personnel inspected the dryer 8/16 and said it needed to be replaced. We have not heard anything since. The landlord has failed to resolve the issue within a reasonable time and has not given a clear timeline for when we should expect repairs. We are up and current on our rent so why shouldn't they be responsible to be up and current with their obligations too...
