We have concerns about the homeowner who is doing all the contract and electrical work on this building because he is not a licensed electrician or general contractor. It seems he doesn't know what he's doing and cutting corners, like not getting all the permits and probably doing things like using smaller wire gage than what is really needed for a house that size or taking shortcuts and doing sloppy work. They are planning for two separate rental or living units but I haven't
