There is an ongoing roof/ceiling leak that the building owner has repeatedly refused to address properly, particularly in the last 8 months since it was reconfirmed. Its first known/reported appearance was in january 2025, and it was patched that month. It then failed in April 2025 and was finally patched again in August 2025. It then failed again in January 2026 with at least 5-6 additional patch attempts failing from then through August 29, 2026. The most recent leak also tripped the electric
