Per Online; The property owner is excavating his back yard and installing an approximately 4' retaining wall in an area designated Steep Slope. There is no permit or erosion control. The workers have left gravel and soil all over the street for days. He is taking advantage of the Shelter in Place to do illegal construction. I have a photo but this complaint won't let me upload it for some reason
