Owner of rental property called with questions pertaining to Just Cause Eviction and Tenant Relocation Assistance. Tenant's are on a month to month agreement and their behavior is resulting in continuous damage to the property. Futhermore, the tenants have brought in new occupants who are now residing on the premises without being on the lease. Owner wants to repair/rehabilitate portions of the property, which will require the tenants to move out.

per online complaint: I am Arthur Agapie at 3942 S. Warsaw St, Seattle, WA, 98118 and I want to report the house addition that the propriety owner at 3948 S. Warsaw St built without a permit. He added at least a couple of new bedrooms plus a storage shed at the end of his propriety which are on my propriety. Please act.
