Re: Resubmitting updated complaint as record #009553-21CP since it was closed because no contact info was attached to the complaint.1) Landlord/property management have not renewed their RRIO registration after it expired in mid-August. An inspection of the unit and property should be done before approving the renewal due to likely unpermitted construction and additions to the unit since the last RRIO registration occurred.2) Landlord/property management has not repaired

Per Online; 1) Landlord/property management have not renewed their RRIO registration after it had expired in mid-August.2) Landlord/property management has not repaired a plumbing issue that was reported to them 2 weeks ago (11/2). Finally received their acknowledgement of the issue on Friday 11/12, but the repair has not yet been scheduled.
