My home has been without any form of functioning heat since October of 2019. I have reached out to my property company multiple times, and despite sending out multiple maintenance people, the issue persists and the heat will not turn on. Our property manager told us we need to leave all indoor doors open at all times in order to have the heat function properly. I'm not sure if this is a reasonable or legal solution, but the heat doesn't even turn on if the doors are open. They
