Per Online; I emailed the managing company which is Maple leaf Management 2 week in advance that I already move out this is 2 weeks end of December. I emailed them last week and they promise me that they are mailing the deposit and still now I waiting for the check.

I do not believe the floors and walls have been thoroughly padded for noise. You can hear every footfall, every chair scrape, and ever cabinets being opened and closed in the surrounding apartments.
