I am currently a resident at Cal Anderson Apartment 400 Broadway Seattle, WA 98122, Apt 405. The heater is my bathroom is not working. The heater does not turn on and the dial on the wall is missing to turn on the heater fan. I am unable to take a shower because the bathroom is too cold once I get out of the shower. I am a person with disability. The heater has not worked since April 2025. I have informed my landlord, Jared Berg multiple times in writing about the heater not working.
