Per Online; My son and his girlfriend live in an apartment located at 400 E Denny. I am a general contractor and the property management asked if I would provide a bid to repair damage to the cantilevered balcony. Repairing a cantilevered deck without a permit.

The framing which holds a set of three cantilevered balconies has rotted and failed. There appear to be two structural beams which have sheered. The landlord said he got it fixed, however the work that was done was minimal and does not appear to have added any structural integrity.
