Prova motors sports chained a sign to the utilities pole that is next to the bus stop, and abandoned it for almost a month.They are not located in this block (not even the street), and have no permit for the sign.The sign was noticed on 9/2/2018, by now it's been a lot longer than two weeks.- The sign obstructs the maintenance of the grass strip.- It's very close to the bus stop which can obstruct passenger loading, - If the sign falls on the street it can damage vehicles and
