ZONING--per CSB--Pictures of the trash in their backyard (4003 7th Ave NE) and then out on the street where they left it.This garbage is coming from the people who live in 4003 7th Ave NE. I have seen them carrying it out of their house and leaving it on the street and have pictures of the junk in their backyard before they dumped it.
