Per Online; It appears that the rear unit (4005) which is currently at the building phase of poured foundation, is too close to the back alley that runs between the homes on the west side of Midvale Ave N and the homes on the east side of Woodland Park Ave N. As an RSL(M), building code requires a backyard setback of 10 feet. This is not being achieved, indeed the unit does not achieve the required setback of 10 feet from the property line of the owned parcel behind it
