Landlord is not maintaining functional smoke alarms on the property. They have gone off repeatedly over several months, causing me to have to call the fire department out 2 times to check for carbon monoxide. I notified the landlord first on February 10, 2025, February 14th, February 15th, and February 16th. They were functional for a short amount of time then malfunctioned again starting Sunday, April 20th, Monday April 21st, and Wednesday, April 23rd.

They start construction at 8:00 -8:30 on weekends. Electric saws and hammering.They also installed a security camera in a tree in our property across the alley from the site without permission. Left a note asking them to remove the camera from our tree and they just took the note off
