Duplicate Construction--per online--Construction continues, Contractors have all had unmarked trucks giving us the impression that they are unlicensed. The blinds are all closed in the units, so it is hard to see what is going on. We do know the water has been shut off to the building because there are stealing water from the building next store. A police report has been done. There areI hope you can investigate before the finish.

PER ONLINE: I see no permits for this site. They are doing a full remodel of the apartments. There looks like they are adding washer dryer in the units. Removed and replaced kitchen and bath.
