This building is operating unlicensed short term rentals. Union square apartments has licenses for two short term rental units. However, there are at least 5 if not more units converted to short term rentals. As a result multiple people are moving in and out each day into a building that should be primarily long term residential units. I have spoken to several guests who say they are given a unit with the same floorplan but different floor or view from what they booked on the short term rental
