Per CSB: This construction has been inactive and blocking the sidewalk for months. As you can see in the photo people are just walking into the road to get around it. Allowing these people to maintain a sidewalk closure permit (not displayed anywhere) doesn't seem to be benefiting the construction and is making the neighborhood inaccessible and less safe for those walking. I'm submitting this because I believe seattle should be more strict about sidewalk closures for construction.
