The house next door to me, 4016 Wallingford Ave N, Seattle, Wa 98103, that I share a driveway with was recently sold, and the new owners are cutting the Asbestos siding with a saw that sends dust and particles flying everywhere. I asked them to please get a permit and tarp before starting this but to no avail.
