Complaint: LandLord/Tenant
Opened February 2, 2023
My rent was raised10% in Nov. 2022, before the owner sold the building. I want to know when my rent can be legally raised since I'm month to month. All of the residents have been offered $3000.00 if we voluntarily move out by Apr. 1st for a re-model. I may want to stay during the remodel. What are my rights?

My father in law received notice 2 weeks ago from the new owner, offering $3000 if I move by the end of March, $2000 by end of April and $1000 by end of May. Whatare his tenant rights and if he qualifies for TRAO.
