My rent was raised10% in Nov. 2022, before the owner sold the building. I want to know when my rent can be legally raised since I'm month to month. All of the residents have been offered $3000.00 if we voluntarily move out by Apr. 1st for a re-model. I may want to stay during the remodel. What are my rights?
