Property has Airbnb in alley cars do not fit in parking lot due to heat pumps and block alley. Last night at 11 pm one car was trying to park for several minutes backing in & out as some one was yelling about hitting the other cars. There is no address for this Airbnb on the buildings. City worker stated address is 4029 unit A unit B. This parking situation needs to be fixed ASAP

10:46 pm last night white SUV turned on loud music sat in car for 10+ minutes. 11:15 pm second white SUB pulled in & out of parking lot several times trying to fit next to fence talking getting in & put of car setting off multiple motion lights in our alley they kept their car lights on this went on for over 30 minutes. Garbage blowing all over alley old boxes are in alley & have been there several weeks. This parking lot needs to be set diagnol & much larger spots. This is unacceptable and

This property which is also a new Airbnb 4029 Unit A/B has a major problem with their garbage illegal dumping /STR. Neighbors were throwing the garbage from the alley back onto this property yesterday as bags of fast food wrappers were falling out of their over stuffed garbage can . This is an ongoing issue and the response from day one is "call the f#@%ing cops!"

Construction workers blocking my driveway & access to me leaving my property! This has been an on going issue for several months! 8/21 a white Mercedes Van parked in the middle of the alley/technically now a street 51st Ave Pl blocked my driveway as I was about to leave no license plate on front or back or anywhere(needed for police). Construction workers are continuing to block my driveway. Yesterday a white Mercedes Van parked in the middle of the alley/technically now 51st Pl SW blocking me in as I was about to leave. The van had no license plate front or back (I took photos for police). He did not move mumbled something and just took photos of me and kept scrolling on his phone. There was absolutely no reason he needed to park there or block me in. About 15 minutes later he pulled his van in at the new Construction
