Owners are listing this waterfront unit as a short term rental unit currently listed on Airbnb which is illegal. There are rumors that current building tenants are being phased out and the owners are making the whole building airbnbs. They are apparently not licensed. It is also illegal to have that many airbnbs. It is also illegal to have waterfront airbnbs. if listing is removed from airbnb, the host on airbnb is named Valta if that helps. Cohost is Rachel.
