Landlord Rights questions. I have a tenant, who subletted the unit, but I have a strict no pet policy. At the end of the lease, I will not offer a renewal. The sub-leasee says she will fight to stay, even though she is not the primary tenant and she has a pet, which I don't allow. I want to make sure i am following the city's rental policies.
