2nd complaint. Strong sewer gas odor in bathroom and in kitchen.Brown liquid pooling at the base of the toilet. Complainant cleans it every day but the brown liquid returns. Has contacted owner of building, Timothy Lee, whose response did not resolve the leaking toilet

Per Online; This is about the construction of what appears to be a sewer connection from the apartment building construction at 4029 Rainier Ave S. Construction seems to be limited to Saturday evenings for many weeks now, with loud equipment being employed. Normally it's irritating, but stops by 10pm. However, this past Saturday-Sunday (Feb 27-28) very loud construction continued well into the wee hours. There was loud (asphalt?) sawing and jackhammers all night. We were kept
