per online complaint: While the site is permitted for construction 7am - 7pm, it is my understanding that they cannot perform noise intensive activities (such as running buzz saws, jackhammers, etc.) from 8am - 6pm. They run highly noisy machinery such as this, very frequently at these times Monday - Saturday.

per online complaint: Twice, approx 20 min. of very loud construction work, 4:40-5 AM. First Mon, May 23 (possibly the 24?). Delivered a very large driller to the site. Second time Wed, June 1. No equip. delivery I can see, but very loud activity. Both times it stops at 5, then regular work begins at the legal time, 7 AM
