Previous owner committed owner occupany fraud on upper unit tenants, did not move in to the home and resold the (2 unit) house instead. The house was never listed publically and the house had an offer 3 days from when I found out.New owners now have stated their intentions to make the duplex a single family home and want to displace me from my 1 bedroom home to move mom in.The upper unit has multiple bedrooms and space, and the purchase was made knowing that a tenant lives there.
