silver car with plate bxw3197 obstructing sidewalk at 4035 1st ave ne for over a week now, unable to pass as someone who needs a rollator to walk and not even my able bodied partner can squeeze between the car and the wall. When will the city stop the theft of public sidewalks for private parking use? The public - both able bodied and disabled - members need to use the sidewalks but residents of 1st Ave NE between Pacific and 45th St think otherwise and continue to steal public spaces.
