Per Online; Charter construction started work using power tools as well as shovels and hammers at 7:30 AM on a Saturday morning, 11/9/2019, waking up and disturbing tenants. This planned weekend work was not communicated to tenants. The construction company followed-up later that morning stating "Due to the limited remaining clear weather this time of year, we are having to work this Saturday to get the roofs dried in and ensure your unit is protected from the eventual rain".
