I requested maintenance on 05/09/2026 for a bedroom window screen and lock that have been broken since move in. I was offered a wood block to put in the window and the maintenance request was closed on 05/18/2026. I filed a separate request for the same unresolved issue on 07/15/2026 including my availability as requested. A technician was then scheduled on a day outside my stated availability.
